The NBBU conditions apply to every employment that we do. This includes:

  • Hirer’s remuneration (the same wage and expense allowances as that of a permanent employee of the client)
  • Temporary employment contract (a contract according to the rules of the NBBU)
  • Employment confirmation (a confirmation with all agreements made beforehand, clear and clear on paper)
  • Pension registration (according to the rules a registration with STIPP, the pension fund for the temporary employment sector)
  • Healthcare insurance (for foreign employees we have a competitive collective healthcare insurance with HollandZorg)
  • Training (a free practical training by us with industry certificate for guaranteed work)
