The employee is employed by our organization and we ensure a correct salary payment in accordance with the labor agreements of the client and secondary employment conditions. The risk of continued payment obligations in the event of illness and contractual obligations lies entirely with our organization. The client only pays the wage costs per hour worked plus a fee and is then protected against all kinds of aforementioned risks.
